AXIS Architecture + Design provided comprehensive, multi-phase interior and exterior renovations for The Steward, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel in Santa Barbara, CA. The site-wide renovations included upgrading exterior finishes, remodeling 87 guestrooms, and full public space renovations enhancing amenity spaces including the bar, restaurant, and fitness room. Our collaboration with SANDdesign studio on the interior design aspects of the project encompassed approximately 3,000 SF of space, seamlessly integrating modern elegance with the hotel’s rich history.
