Nestled in the scenic City of Shoreline, just a stone’s throw away from Seattle, WA, stands the Alexan Shoreline East – a contemporary blend of style and sustainability. Rising elegantly to eight stories, this multifamily marvel offers a diverse array of 299 apartments, from cozy studios to spacious 3-bedrooms, with 20% earmarked as affordable. Efficiently designed with two subterranean parking levels, it provides 232 dedicated parking spaces, 30 of which are equipped with EV chargers, with another 30 being EV-ready.
The outdoors come alive with two inviting courtyards and a rooftop deck, complete with a sheltered kitchen.
