In conjunction with interior designers Level 3 Design Group, the hotel will hold 150 guestrooms and a welcoming ground-floor bar and lounge, envisioned to seamlessly extend into an inviting exterior amenity space along Century Blvd. With a commitment to sustainability, the hotel is on track to achieve LEED Gold certification. Future guests will be able to enjoy the scenic 6th-floor amenity deck, with northern vistas of SoFi Stadium, the Santa Monica Mountains, and the iconic Hollywood Hills beyond.
