The AC Hotel Los Angeles South Bay is a multi-use architectural design project by AXIS’ Los Angeles studio. The highly anticipated project at Elevon Campus delivers a sophisticated blend of hospitality amenities and office space minutes away from Los Angeles International Airport, and was a substantial project incorporating nearly 100,000 square feet of space.
AXIS’ design for the property was boldly inspired by the hotel’s surrounding aviation and tech industries. With a blend of angular and curved surfaces inspired by aeronautical shapes and airfoils, the building’s forms, lines and profiles reflect the visual imagery of flight and avionics. Crowning the hotel is a rooftop restaurant and bar, purposefully oriented with sweeping views of the new Los Angeles stadium and LAX and providing an elegant and one-of-a-kind destination for plane-spotting over cocktails.
