Project Update: Construction Begins On Our California Ave. Multi-Family Residential Project In Seattle

The latest multi-family residential housing project by Seattle architects AXIS beings construction.

The team at AXIS is proud to announce that construction has started on our latest multi-family residential and mixed-use project – our California Ave. development in trendy West Seattle.

A two-story development featuring 58 units of market rate housing over ground floor commercial spaces, the building includes a rooftop deck and amenity lounge with panoramic views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountain Range.

A project on behalf of Capelouto Development, construction is being overseen by Charter Construction. Occupancy is expected in early 2024.
