AXIS’ AC Pasadena Hotel Project Celebrates Its Ground Breaking

Construction begins on AXIS’ AC Hotel Pasadena hotel renovation project.

AXIS is proud to announce that construction has officially begun on our latest new-build hotel design project – the AC Hotels by Marriott International Pasadena.

A development on behalf of Welcome Group with general contracting expertise provided by long-time industry partners R.D. Olson Construction, Inc., this 6-story 100,000 square-foot project converts an existing parking lot into a hotel that will bring 194 guest rooms to the heart of Pasadena. Members of the community will be able to take advantage of a rooftop bar and lounge.

AXIS is excited to continue work with Welcome Group Inc. and R.D. Olson Construction as this project comes to life. Structural engineering by Saiful Bouquet Structural Engineers with interior design expertise by Wild Muse Interiors.
