AXIS IN THE NEWS: CORY CREATH, PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT, INVITED AS AN EXPERT PANELIST AT TWO BISNOW MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL EVENTS

November 06, 2021

California multi-family residential housing architect AXIS attend two notable multi-family housing development events.

As part of an exceptionally busy third-quarter for AXIS’s multi-family residential architectural design and affordable housing practices, Founding Principal Architect Cory Creath sat as an expert panelist at two back-to-back Bisnow multi-family residential development events this week: Bisnow’s Multi-Family Annual Conference (BMAC) West, and Bisnow’s Multi-Family Annual Conference (BMAC) NorCal.

At BMAC West’s November 2nd event in Los Angeles, Cory was joined on the Attracting and Retaining Multi-Family Residents panel by Roundtree Properties CEO Tammy Harpster, CRE investment firm Universe Holdings’ Chairman and CEO Henry Manoucheri, and Greystar Senior Director of Real Estate Operations Kesha Fisher.

At the November 4 BMAC NorCal even in San Francisco, Cory was joined on the Bringing Residents Back to Multi-Family Units panel by SUDA CEO Alan Dones, Panoramic Interests Principal Patrick Kennedy, and Principal of McCullough Landscape Architecture David McCullough.

Both panels in-part focused on how multi-family architectural design can address the “hollowing out” of multi-family residential communities seen in response to COVID’s urban flight and California’s increasingly prohibitive housing costs.
