Bancroft Apartments is an ongoing development project located in the Estudillo Estates neighborhood of San Leandro, California. AXIS was commissioned to create a vibrant and welcoming multi-family community, with unique, environmentally-friendly features that include solar panels, a landscaped roof top deck, a bicycle storage space, and a refrigerated locker room where tenants can accept grocery deliveries.
Each unit in the Bancroft Apartments will include its own outdoor space via either a balcony or outdoor patio. Furthering the mission to seamlessly blend the project into the community’s public spaces is more than 5,000 square feet of retail and commercial space. With sustainable features and modern design aspects, the project will serve the needs of its surrounding community and provide an elevated multi-family residential option for residents.
