AXIS’ 1 Hotel Seattle Luxury Hotel Conversion Named a Finalist for a 2025 Gold Key Award

Next week, Boutique Design Magazine will announce their class of Gold Key Award winners to open the 2025 BDNY.

AXIS Architecture + Design is extremely proud to announce that our 1 Hotel Seattle project, a sustainability-focused luxury hotel conversion, was named a finalist for a 2025 Gold Key Award by Boutique Design | BDNY in the Best Eco Conscious/Socially Conscious Hotel category.

A significant lifestyle luxury hotel brand conversion delivering an ambitious nature-driven design, AXIS led the architectural design of the 18-month project which saw the repositioning of the former Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle into the 1 Hotel Seattle. As both Architect of Record and Design Architect, AXIS was delighted to activate the design vision of hospitality interior design visionaries Studio Collective. The project was on behalf of longstanding industry partners KHP Capital Partners.
