Los Angeles adaptive reuse architect Roberto Vazquez to participate on a Council on Open Building panel April 17.

Next week, on Wednesday, April 17 at 2:30 pm Pacific, AXIS Associate Principal and adaptive reuse expert Roberto Vazquez will be participating on a panel presented by The Council on Open Building. Titled, “Not Just an Office Building Anymore”, the panel will explore barriers and solutions to expanding use opportunities for dated office buildings.

As part of the Council on Open Building webinar series, this session will explore how building codes, development regulations, markets, finance, and design interact in determining feasibility of adapting an older building to serve new use opportunities. The panel will bring together key interdisciplinary experts from city planners, developers, and architects.
